Where is The Skin Stapler community?
The clearest community entry is the Tainted Pact Games Discord. Steam Community and the developer's itch.io page provide additional public discussion. No official The Skin Stapler subreddit has been cross-checked.
| Destination | Status | Best use |

| Tainted Pact Games Discord | Read Aug 26 | Developer replies, game discussion and community media |

Is there an official Discord?
The invite above was accepted successfully on August 13, 2026 and led to a server named Tainted Pact Games. At that time the public channel list included general chat, game news, help, bulletin-board, feedback and bug-report areas.
On August 26, the same invite code was independently visible on Tainted Pact Games’ current Ko-fi profile and in SteamDB’s current App 4310610 metadata. The logged-in server was then searched for the exact title The Skin Stapler: all three result pages were read, covering 53 exact-title search results.
Developer TaintedPact_Michael replied, “The Skin Stapler was voiced by Hexy.” This supports the released-game killer role on the Voice Actors page.
The 53 inspected results are a complete read of that exact-title Discord search at check time, not a full export of every server message. No patch, hotfix or version announcement was observed in those results; unindexed wording, deleted posts, private channels and silent Steam builds remain open.
What is the latest official news?
The official Steam News RSS was read directly on August 26. Its newest item remains the August 6 launch announcement. In Discord, the developer posted on August 10 that the release was “an absolute success” and “still going strong,” but did not publish sales figures in the inspected message. Open the dated Updates page for the combined timeline and patch boundary.
What are players asking now?
The current Steam discussion listing includes “How Long?”, “No saves??” and “Is there controller support now?”. These titles are a snapshot of current player demand, not official answers or proof of a universal bug. The Player FAQ separates cross-checked product details from unresolved save and controller questions.
Is there an official subreddit?
No official subreddit has been cross-checked in the current source pack. The Reddit link on this page is an exact-title search, not an endorsement of every result and not proof that a community is developer-run.
Which YouTube sources are current?
Tainted Pact Games' DJ Woolz character announcement is a directly checked official video. Its description confirms KingWoolz's role and the character's radio function.
The current Discord search also surfaced two community-submitted TyromantaPlays uploads dated August 25: Part 1 and Part 2. These are recent community-media leads, not developer-authored walkthrough proof; individual solutions still require timestamped cross-checking.
What about X / Twitter?
@TaintedPact is retained as a developer social lead from the archived product research. The profile was not stably re-read on August 26, so dynamic posts and follower counts are not repeated here.
How should community claims be cross-checked?
- Prefer a current official store announcement or developer-authored message.
- Save the message URL, author and displayed timestamp.
- Cross-check version, roadmap and fix claims against a second official surface when possible.
- Treat player solutions as leads until current gameplay or a second independent source matches.
