- The final full-game credits have not been transcribed frame by frame; the Fourthwall Full Cast is the developer’s published listing, not an in-game credit read.
- Story outcomes for the Blood Queen Layna Lazar, the Luna listed on the Fourthwall poster, Scaroline’s playable chapter role, and Runebee’s identity on screen remain outside the cast mapping.
- No patch, hotfix or version announcement was observed in the August 26 Steam News and exact-title Discord checks. Silent builds and differently worded or inaccessible posts remain open.

- Resolved Aug 29, 2026: the developer’s official Fourthwall “Special — The Skin Stapler Cast Poster” page lists the Full Cast. The voice mapping is now established for Nurse Layna (@LaynaLazar), Luna (@_LunaArcana_), Scaroline (@Scarolinetv_), Bee (@Runebee), Hexy (@HexyIRL), The Skin Stapler (@HexyIRL), Blair (@Blairvira), Fefe (@CovfefeChan), DJ Woolz (@KingWoolz), Dick Slater (@RJGreenVA) and Robbie Knox (@Daniel_Suraci). Storyline, playable duration and ending remain open for each.
- Resolved Aug 26, 2026: Luna's donut-shop parking gate uses the physical switch beside the register; three full-game routes show no numeric input.
- Resolved Aug 26, 2026: developer TaintedPact_Michael directly confirmed in the official Discord that The Skin Stapler was voiced by Hexy. This is preserved as a supplementary source for the Fourthwall “The Skin Stapler — @HexyIRL” line.
- Resolved Aug 23, 2026: production pages use original site-created SVG illustrations instead of the three rights-unclear promotional images.
