Who is Luna?
Luna appears at the Carrion City Police Department front desk during the opening police-station section. Dick Slater greets her by name; she tells him O’Brien is waiting and buzzes him through.
Both indexed playthrough transcripts contain the same name, location and dialogue sequence. That is enough to publish her first-scene function without inventing later lore.

Who voices Luna?
The developer’s official Fourthwall shop page for the Special Cast Poster lists Luna — @_LunaArcana_ in the Full Cast (checked Aug 29, 2026). That mapping names the performer and the “Luna” credit on the poster; it is a developer-published shop listing, not a frame-by-frame in-game credit transcription.
The “Luna — @_LunaArcana_” line is the developer’s official Full Cast mapping. Whether Luna’s later in-game chapters, donut-shop events or final storyline outcome are exactly the Luna listed on the poster is not established by the shop page alone.
What about Luna’s Cream Filled Donuts?
Steam’s global achievement page lists LunaArcana — Glazed and Confused for completing the Luna’s Cream Filled Donuts chapter. This is a cross-checked official association. It does not identify a performer or prove the front-desk Luna’s full name. For gameplay, the Donuts guide now verifies that the parking gate uses a switch beside the register rather than a numeric password.
